The development of organizations is especially challenging for leaders: Transferring responsibility, enduring when decisions turn out differently, and resisting the temptation to then interfere and take responsibility back to themselves. Perfectionism, fear, mistrust, etc. arise, which stand in the way of development towards more self-organization, transparency, sense orientation and wholeness.
Development coaching addresses these challenges.
