HIS Training
Participants learn how to guide a company towards self-organisation, purpose, wholeness and economic success. In many practical exercises, a new view of the organisation is conveyed and new approaches/methods are learned. The certified graduates continue to exchange ideas after the end of the training and support each other in the nowcon network.
